The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), Pakistan’s premier social safety net enterprise, has announced fresh recruitment opportunities for its Benazir Taleemi Wazaif initiative. Job Profile & Regional Vacancy Distribution
The primary role of a Compliance Monitor involves collecting attendance compliance data on a quarterly basis by visiting designated schools within assigned operational boundaries.
The vacancies are broadly divided into two operational categories:
Category (I): Field-Based District Wise Posts (84 Vacancies)
Preference will be given to candidates holding a valid domicile of the respective districts. The regional breakdown of these 84 seats is as follows:
Sindh (25 Positions): Badin (3), Kashmore (3), Matiari (2), Karachi South (2), Khairpur (2), Sanghar (2), Sujjawal (2), Hyderabad (1), Larkana (1), Sukkur (1), Ghotki (1), Dadu (1), T.M. Khan (1), Tharparkar (2), and Karachi Central (1).
Punjab (24 Positions): Jhelum (3), Sargodha (2), Layyah (2), Sialkot (2), Multan (2), Attock (1), Bahawalnagar (1), Faisalabad (1), Bahawalpur (1), Lahore (1), Chakwal (1), Jhang (1), Dera Ghazi Khan (1), Rawalpindi (1), Sahiwal (1), Islamabad Field (1), Bhakkar (1), and Vehari (1).
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (13 Positions): Dera Ismail Khan (3), Peshawar (2), Kohistan (1), North Waziristan (1), Bannu (1), Mansehra (1), Lower Dir (1), Charsadda (1), Kohat (1), and Nowshera (1).
Balochistan (10 Positions): Duki (1), Jhal Magsi (1), Sibbi (1), Killa Abdullah (1), Harnai (1), Sohbat Pur (1), Pishin (1), Kohlu (1), Lasbella (1), and Gawadar (1).
Azad Kashmir (05 Positions): Bhimber (1), Neelum (1), Poonch (1), Bagh (1), and Hattianbala (1).
Gilgit Baltistan (01 Position): Hunza (1).
Category (II): Office-Based Support Work (06 Vacancies)
Location: BISP Headquarters, Islamabad.
Details: These positions are strictly filled on an open merit basis. Field transportation requirements do not apply here.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates looking to secure a position must fulfill the following mandatory qualifications:
1. Education & Experience
Minimum Education: Graduation / 14 years of education or equivalent qualification in any discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Degrees in Computer Science or related domains will be highly preferred.
Experience Profile: At least 1 year of verified experience in data collection, conducting field interviews, and digital data entry.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in operating Android applications is mandatory, as field reporting utilizes digital devices.
2. Transport & Licensing Requirement (Crucial for Category I)
Candidates applying for Category I (Field Positions) must possess a valid Motorcycle Driving License.
Warning: Learner licenses, expired licenses, or “applied for” receipts will not be accepted under any circumstances. Female candidates who possess a valid motorcycle driving license are highly encouraged to apply.
3. Age Limit
Maximum age limit is 30 years on the closing date of the advertisement. No age relaxations are admissible for these contract positions.
Important Instructions & Conditions
Employment Status: This is a fixed-pay, non-regular contract for one year. Appointees cannot claim regularization in BISP service at any stage.
Government Servants: Applicants currently working in the public sector must resign from their existing services before joining BISP if selected.
