1. NCDC Core Technical & Academic Staff
Professor (PPS-09) — 1 Position
Role Summary: Lead advanced research, mentor teams, drive industrial partnerships, and oversee complex chip design projects.
Qualification: PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in chip design, tape-outs, and clear leadership roles.
Consultant (PPS-09) — 1 Position
Role Summary: Provide high-level industrial/academic expertise in advanced chip design, verification, and tape-out strategies.
Qualification: PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of industrial or academic experience in chip design with significant leadership roles.
Associate Professor (PPS-08) — 1 Position
Role Summary: Build a strong ecosystem for chip-design training (curriculum design, assessments) to boost the skilled workforce and oversee design tasks.
Qualification: PhD or MS in Engineering (EE, CE, or relevant discipline).
Experience: Greater than 5 years of academic/industrial experience in chip design and tape-outs.
Assistant Professor (PPS-07) — 2 Positions
Role Summary: Implement chip-design projects, collaborate with external setups/faculty, and establish training modules (content, execution, testing).
Qualification: PhD or MS in Engineering (EE, CE, or relevant discipline).

Lab Engineer (PPS-07) — 1 Position
Role Summary: Procure chip testing equipment, design/test ICs, maintain lab safety standards, and develop policies for external user testing facility access.

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience working in a chip design or similar specialized testing lab with knowledge of EDA tools.
2. NCDC Support Staff
File Management Clerk (PPS-03) — 1 Position
Role Summary: Handle, sort, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail, enter data into electronic document management systems, and organize digital and physical filing architectures.
Qualification: Minimum FA / FSc / Diploma.
