This UNICEF-funded initiative aims to scale up middle-level Non-Formal Education (NFE) and Accelerated Learning Programs (ALP) in Dadu and Tando Allahyar.

The IRC is seeking experienced professionals for several key roles based in Dadu and Tando Allahyar.

| District Coordinator | 02 | Masters/BS in Social Sciences; 5-10 years of leadership and coordination experience. |
| Field Officer | 06 | Masters/BS/Graduate in Social Sciences; 3-5 years experience in Education/NFE sector. |
| Monitoring Officer | 01 | Masters/BS in Social Sciences; 5 years experience in MEAL and community mobilization. |
| MIS Officer | 01 | Masters/BS in Computer Science or IT; Minimum 5 years experience in data management for education projects. |
| Finance, Admin & Logistic Officer | 01 | MBA (Finance)/M.Com/BS in relevant field; 4-5 years experience in NGO/INGO education projects. |
