Application Process Based on License Status
The application process depends on whether the applicant currently holds a driving license:
1. Permanent License Holders
If you already have a valid motorbike license, you can submit your form with required documents. After document verification, you will be eligible to receive your scooty directly through the ballot.
2. Learner’s License Holders
