The Peoples Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI) Sindh has officially announced a new recruitment drive for February 2026. Under its “Redefining Primary Healthcare” program, PPHI Sindh is seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals for various field and support positions across multiple districts in Sindh. These roles are offered on a contract basis and aim to strengthen health service delivery at the grassroots level.

Available Vacancies at PPHI Sindh
The latest advertisement focuses on three primary roles essential for the smooth operation of health facilities and community outreach.
1. Community Health Workers (CHWs) – Females Only
Education: Minimum Matriculation pass.
Age Limit: 18 to 40 years.
Residency Requirement: Candidates must reside within the same Union Council (UC) where the health facility is located.A valid CNIC and UC certificate are mandatory.
Preference: Preference will be given to candidates who have the support of a husband or brother for motorcycle mobility.
Marital Status: Preferably married, but unmarried candidates can also be hired based on local needs.
2. Driver
Education: Minimum Primary pass.
Age Limit: 18 to 45 years.
License: Must hold a valid computerized driving license (HTV/LTV).
Experience: Candidates with prior experience in reputable organizations will be given preference.
Residency Requirement: Must be a local resident of the advertised City/District.
3. Aya / Female Attendant
Education: Minimum Primary pass.
Age Limit: 18 to 45 years.
Residency Requirement: Must be a local resident of the same Union Council living in the vicinity of the advertised health facility.
List of Target Districts
Vacancies are available in health facilities across almost all major districts of Sindh, including:
Karachi Division: Malir and District Karachi II.
Hyderabad Division: Hyderabad, Jamshoro, Matiari, Tando Muhammad Khan, Tando Allahyar, Thatta, Sujawal, and Badin.
Mirpurkhas Division: Mirpurkhas, Umerkot, and Tharparkar (Mithi).
Shaheed Benazirabad Division: Sanghar, Naushehro Feroze, and Shaheed Benazirabad.
Sukkur Division: Sukkur, Khairpur, and Ghotki.
Larkana Division: Larkana, Kamber Shahdadkot, Shikarpur, Jacobabad, and Kashmore.
Other Areas: Dadu.

Documentation: At the time of registration and subsequent interviews, candidates must bring original documents, including CNIC, educational degrees/diplomas, experience certificates, PRC, and Domicile.
