Key Responsibilities of Regional Field Manager

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Overseeing field implementation, monitoring, and supervision activities

  • District TB Coordinators
  • DDSRU focal persons
  • Implementing partners
• Supporting Collaborative, Learning, and Adaptive (CLA) approaches
• Strengthening district-level public health systems
• Using validated field data to improve program performance and decision-making

Required Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualification

Applicants must hold one of the following degrees:

• MBBS
• MPH / MSPH
• MSc in Public Health
• MSc in Epidemiology

Professional Experience

• 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience in public health programs
• Preference for experience in:
  • GHS / IDSR
  • Tuberculosis (TB) Programs
  • Donor-funded or international health projects

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Sindh public health systems
• Hands-on experience with:
  • DHIS-2
  • IDSR
  • TB reporting & surveillance systems
  • Outbreak preparedness and response
• Knowledge of 7-1-7 strategy and GHS frameworks
• Expertise in data quality assurance, validation, analysis, and interpretation
• Proficiency in:
  • Digital data collection tools
  • Dashboards
  • MS Office
