1. Wing Head – Microsoft Administration & Systems Support (VP/SVP)

Location: Karachi
Department: IT Infrastructure
Reporting to: Divisional Head – IT Infrastructure

Educational Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in:
  • IT / Computer Science / Engineering
• OR Master’s degree in:
  • IT / Computer Science / Engineering
• Degree must be HEC-recognized (local or international).
• Professional certifications preferred:
  • Microsoft Windows
  • VMware
  • Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Microsoft Azure

Experience Required

• Minimum 08 years experience in:
  • 24/7 high-availability IT infrastructure
  • Microsoft Windows Server Administration
  • VMware/ESXi/Hyper-V virtualization
  • Active Directory administration
  • Exchange/Office 365 management
  • Cloud and on-premises backup solutions
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Storage infrastructure
  • Endpoint protection
  • Privileged Access Management

Skills / Expertise Required

• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure administration and operations
• Manage Microsoft Windows servers, Exchange, O365, VMware & Hyper-V
• Ensure 24/7 system availability and disaster recovery readiness
• Implement and maintain endpoint protection & security compliance
• Manage hardware lifecycle and system upgrades
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for IT services
• Prepare periodic system reports and KPI compliance

2. Unit Head – Direct Taxes Unit (AVP)

Location: Karachi
Department: Taxation Wing
Reporting to: Wing Head – Taxation Wing

Educational Qualification

• Minimum Graduation (HEC-recognized)
• Preferably:
  • CA Inter
  • ACCA
  • ACMA
  • Any equivalent professional certification

Experience Required

• Minimum 06 years experience in:
  • Banking tax matters
  • Audit firms
  • Financial reporting & tax documentation

Skills / Expertise Required

• Excellent knowledge of:
  • Business and Financial laws
  • Tax rules, FBR regulations
  • Banking sector taxation
• Strong command over:
  • MS Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • Word
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to draft official letters, reports, and tax summaries

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare annual and monthly tax statements
• Handle withholding tax matters under various sections
• Review tax deductions and compliance under Income Tax Ordinance 2001
• Assist with:
  • Tax audits
  • Notices
  • Litigation
  • Internal bank taxation reviews
• Maintain records of all tax payments
• Ensure tax regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with relevant tax authorities
