The Directorate General Mines & Mineral Development, Government of Sindh, is inviting applications from eligible candidates to fill various vacant positions across different pay scales (BPS-12 to BPS-15). Mandatory Application and Selection Requirements

All applicants must fulfill the following essential requirements to be considered for these positions:

1. Mandatory Testing Requirement

  • Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of Graduation Category with at least 40% marks, conducted by the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS), and must possess the certificate issued by STS as required for appointment to the post.

2. Application Process

  • Online Application: Applicants must apply for the vacancies on the Job Portal of the Government of Sindh at: https://sjp.gos.pk

3. Age Relaxation

  • Age will be calculated from the closing date of application submission.

  • The upper age limit relaxation will be 5 years, as provided in the Notification of Services, General Administration and Coordination Department.

4. Quota and Policy

  • The share of the quota reserved for the initial appointment shall be adhered to as per the Law/Rules/Policy of the Government of Sindh.

  • The appointment will be made according to the Policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26.04.2023 and the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and its rules.

5. Government Servants

  • Applicants already in Government Service must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their Department prior to the submission of the application and must bring the original NOC at the time of the interview.

6. Interview

    • Only shortlisted candidates will be called to appear before the Departmental Selection Committee along with original documents for the interview as per the schedule to be uploaded on the Job Portal.

    • No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
