Core Responsibilities: Driving Compliance & Mitigating Risk
The Assistant Manager will be instrumental in supporting the Senior Manager in two primary areas:
Risk Management:
Supporting the execution of SRSO’s enterprise-wide risk management framework, policies, and procedures.
Assisting in identifying, assessing, and documenting operational, financial, and compliance risks across all SRSO programs.
Maintaining and updating Risk Registers, monitoring Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and drafting periodic Risk Management Reports.
Facilitating risk workshops and supporting awareness initiatives on risk management.
Regulatory Compliance:
Monitoring SRSO’s compliance with applicable laws, including SECP, SBP, NPO directives, NBFC Rules, AML/CFT Act, Companies Act, and Shariah Governance Regulations.
Assisting in maintaining the Compliance Register, preparing compliance reports, and supporting the AML/CFT and Shariah Compliance Program.
Conducting initial reviews of suspicious transaction alerts and coordinating compliance training.
