NADRA Announces Walk-in Test/Interview for Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator) Positions Across Sindh

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), under the Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, has invited residents of various Tehsils in Sindh to participate in a Walk-in Test/Interview for the position of Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator).

This is a major recruitment drive with numerous vacancies available across multiple districts, including Karachi, Malir, Matiari, Jamshoro, Tando Muhammad Khan, Mirpur Khas, Tharparkar, Umer Kot, Sujawal, and Thatta. The tests and interviews are scheduled to take place throughout November 2025.

Position: Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator)

• Maximum Age: 25 years (This includes a 5-year age relaxation).

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: Intermediate or an equivalent qualification.

• Experience: Preferably one (01) year of relevant experience.

• Attestation: All degrees and certificates must be attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the respective educational boards.

Walk-in Test/Interview Schedule

All tests and interviews will be conducted at the NADRA Regional Head Office, Karachi. The schedule is organized by district and Tehsil.

4th Floor, Kandawala Building, M.A Jinnah Road, Karachi.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: Only residents of the respective Tehsils (as per CNIC/Domicile) will be allowed to appear for the test and interview against their specified location.

2. Original Documents: Interested candidates must bring all their original documents (Personal, Educational & Professional) for the test.

3. Shortlisting: Only candidates who pass the test will be called for the interview.

4. Government Employees: Employees of Government/Semi-Government departments must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.

5. Probation: Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month probation period, which may be extended.

6. No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided.

7. No Permanent Appointment: Selected candidates will not have any entitlement to permanent appointment and cannot be regularized. The appointment is specific to the designated NADRA Registration Centre (NRC), and no transfer requests will be entertained.
