Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) Launches Apprenticeship Program for IT Graduates
The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under its flagship project “Revamping IT Industry Landscape,” has announced a nationwide Apprenticeship Program for IT Graduates. This initiative, in collaboration with Tech Destination Pakistan and Skill Bridge, aims to help young graduates “Turn Knowledge into Experience!”
The program offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable hands-on experience by working with leading IT firms across Pakistan. This initiative is designed to build in-demand skills, accelerate career growth, and bridge the gap between academia and the IT industry.
Program Details
Duration: The program offers a 6-month full-time placement in a PSEB-registered IT company.
Stipend: Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of PKR 30,000 for the entire duration of the program.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this apprenticeship program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Background: Must be a graduate with an IT-related degree.
Graduation Timeline: Must have graduated within the last two years.
CGPA Requirement: A minimum CGPA of 2.5 out of 4.00 (or its equivalent) is required.
Important Note: Students who are currently enrolled in a degree program or are awaiting their final results are not eligible to apply.
Hiring Process
The selection process will be conducted in the following stages:
Shortlisting: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on their applications.
Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by the host companies.
Final Selection: The final selections will be approved by PSEB before the commencement of the apprenticeship.
