1. Branch Manager (AVP)

  • Experience: A minimum of 05 years’ experience in branch banking, with at least 03 years serving as a Branch Manager, preferably in an Islamic Banking environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of branch banking operations and Islamic banking products.

  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations, including AML/CFT and SBP Prudential Regulations.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational/Professional Qualification: A minimum of a Graduation degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Commerce from an HEC-recognized institution. Candidates with a Master’s degree and/or an Islamic Banking certification/degree/diploma (NIBAF) will be preferred.

  • Experience: A minimum of 03 years of banking experience in roles such as Relationship Manager, Relationship Associate, or Credit Officer in Corporate, Commercial, or SME in Assets. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in financial analysis (Balance sheet, Profit and Loss).

Required Skills and Expertise:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

  • Strong knowledge of banking products, policies, and procedures.

  • A good understanding of Islamic banking practices and products.

  • Excellent negotiation, people management, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize priorities, and meet revenue and profit targets.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Expand and manage the corporate asset portfolio efficiently to meet revenue targets.

  • Introduce new corporate customers and conduct periodic visits to their business premises.

  • Develop business by marketing structured products tailored to customer requirements and cross-selling other products.

  • Prepare high-quality credit proposals in line with risk management guidelines.

  • Conduct periodic portfolio analysis to identify early warning signs and take proactive remedial actions.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, internal, and Shariah policies.

  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors and the Credit Administration Department to ensure smooth account operations.
