The Sindh Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (SIPM&R), under the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Government of Sindh, has invited applications from qualified and experienced candidates for a wide range of positions on a contract basis. The institute is seeking to fill various administrative, technical, and support staff roles.

Open Positions and Eligibility Criteria
The following positions are available on a contract basis, with selection based on merit. All roles are located in Sindh.
Senior and Administrative Roles
Deputy Director HR (Contract Basis)
Qualification: Master’s degree (16 years) in Human Resource Management or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in HR management, including performance management, policy making, and employee relations.
System / Network Administrator (Contract Basis)
Qualification: BS/BE/BCS (4 years) in Computer Science, IT, or Computer Systems from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience. Preference will be given to candidates with certifications like CCNA or MCSA and experience with network administration, routing, and security.
Website Developer (Contract Basis)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BE) in Computer Science or IT from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of practical experience with strong programming and technical skills.
I.T Officer (Contract Basis)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BE) in Computer Science or IT from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar online examination portals.
Academic and Technical Roles
Lecturer / Research Associate (Biostatistics) (Contract Basis)
Qualification: M.Phil/MS in Biostatistics or a related field (18 years of education).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching or research experience.
Lecturer (Social Sciences) (Contract Basis)
Qualification: Master’s degree in Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a government or private institution.
Neuro Psychologist (Contract Basis)
Qualification: Master’s in Clinical Psychology or a postgraduate diploma from a recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a government or private hospital in Karachi.
Art Therapist (Contract Basis)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Textile Design, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience. Preference will be given to artists with experience working with persons with disabilities.
Computer Teacher (Contract Basis)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Computer Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience. Preference will be given to artists with experience working with persons with disabilities.
Support Staff
Hall Attendant (Contract Basis)
Qualification & Experience: Literate with 2 years of relevant experience.
Border (Contract Basis)
Qualification & Experience: Primary pass with 2 years of relevant experience.
Naib Qasid (Contract Basis)
Qualification & Experience: Primary pass with 2 years of relevant experience.
Aya (Contract Basis)
Qualification & Experience: Primary pass with 2 years of relevant experience.
