Crucial Instructions for Receiving Your Payment

All beneficiaries are urged to follow the instructions below to ensure a hassle-free experience and to safeguard their funds:

  1. Original CNIC is Mandatory: You must bring your original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) to receive the payment. Photocopies or other forms of identification will not be accepted.

  2. Visit Official Campsites: Collect your payment only from the official BISP campsites established by the government. Do not engage with individual agents or retailers outside these designated areas.

  3. Receive Your Full Amount: Ensure you receive the complete amount of your installment. Count your money carefully before leaving the payment counter.

  4. Insist on a Receipt: After receiving your payment, you must get a computerized receipt from the bank agent. This receipt is your proof of payment.

  5. No Deductions Allowed: Remember, no one is authorized to make any deductions from your Benazir Kafaalat payment. If any agent or individual demands a fee or cuts a portion of your amount, immediately report them to the nearest BISP Tehsil office or call the official BISP helpline.

  6. Beware of Fraudulent Messages: Be cautious of fake SMS messages or phone calls asking for your personal information or demanding a fee. BISP never asks for your personal details like account numbers or PINs via phone or SMS.

The government is fully committed to ensuring the transparent and timely delivery of financial assistance to all deserving women. All beneficiaries are requested to visit the designated campsites on the scheduled date with their original CNIC to collect their payment with ease.
