Balochistan Education Support Program BESP Jobs 2025

The Project Management Unit (PMU-BESP) under the School Education Department, Government of Balochistan is implementing education initiatives such as:

Getting Results: Access and Delivery of Quality Education Services (GRADES) in Balochistan
System Transformation of Early Education Project (STEP) in Balochistan

These projects aim to improve access to education, enhance foundational learning, and strengthen early childhood and primary education. The program intends to apply part of its funding to hire the services of individual consultants.

The PMU-BESP invites applications from experienced candidates with qualifications from HEC-recognized institutions who meet the required criteria. Applicants must provide details of their eligibility for the consultancy services.

Available Positions

1. Program Coordinator / Specialist (01)

Qualification: Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Education, Public Policy, Economics, Development Studies, or related fields.
Experience: At least 10 years of progressively responsible program management experience in education and related areas. Must have proven expertise in government, donor-funded projects, and institutional strengthening.

2. Learning Specialist (01)

Qualification: Master’s degree (16 years) in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 7 years in early childhood education, school-community linkages, or literacy initiatives. Prior experience with donor-funded education projects preferred.

3. Specialist Public Private Partnership (PPP) in Education (01)

Qualification: Master’s degree in Education, Engineering, Procurement Management, Economics, Public Policy, or Business Administration.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in education partnerships, PPP development, or education financing. Proven record in PPP frameworks, government, or donor-funded projects.

4. Teacher Development Specialist (01)

Qualification: Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or Business Administration.
Experience: At least 10 years in teacher training, curriculum design, professional development, and CPD programs.

5. Supply Chain (Procurement) Expert / Lead (01)

Qualification: Master’s degree in Management Sciences, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field from HEC-recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant verifiable procurement and contract management experience. Must know about government and donor-funded procurement procedures.

6. Financial Management Expert / Lead (01)

Qualification: Professional accounting certification (CA/ACCA/CMA/CPA) or Master’s in Finance/Accounting (MBA Finance, MS Finance).
Experience: Minimum 10 years in financial management, budgeting, auditing, and accounts. Proven experience with World Bank or donor-funded financial projects is preferred.
