SIBA Testing Services Announces Provisional Results for Sindh Government Matriculation Category (BPS-05 to BPS-15) Screening Tests
Sukkur, September 18, 2025 – SIBA Testing Services (STS), guided by its principles of Merit, Transparency, and Technology, has officially announced the provisional results for the screening tests of the Matriculation Category (BPS-05 to BPS-15). These tests were conducted for recruitment under the Services General Administration and Coordination Department (SGA&CD), Government of Sindh.
Key Details of the Screening Tests and Result Announcement
The screening tests, a crucial step in the recruitment process, were held at various test centers across the Sindh Province. The tests were conducted in two phases:
Phase 1: From June 21 to June 26, 2025
Phase 2: From June 30 to July 02, 2025
In line with its unwavering commitment to merit and transparency, STS has now made the overall provisional results available. The list of qualified candidates is based on a minimum cut-off score of 40%, as set by the esteemed Services General Administration and Coordination Department (SGA&CD), Government of Sindh.

Grievance Submission Process: A Window for Result Discrepancies
STS has also established a transparent process for candidates who believe there is a discrepancy in their result.
How to Submit a Grievance: If any candidate wishes to report a discrepancy, they may submit a grievance by emailing sts@iba-suk.edu.pk.
Grievance Submission Deadline: Grievances will be accepted until September 29, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
Mandatory Subject Line: To ensure your query is processed correctly, you must use the following subject line for your email:
“Result Grievances-Matriculation Category (BPS-05 to BPS-15) Under the Services General Administration and Coordination Department (SGA&CD: GoS).”
STS will verify and respond to all relevant and valid queries submitted via email. Please note that no grievances will be entertained after the specified deadline.
