Grade: VP to SVP-I
Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Managing Director / CEO.

The Head of this division will drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and embed a culture of service excellence across the entire organization.
Head Software Development Department
Location: Islamabad / Peshawar
Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Chief Information Officer.
Role Focus: This senior technology leader will be responsible for managing the end-to-end software development lifecycle. The role involves leading a team of developers, overseeing the creation and maintenance of banking applications, and ensuring that the bank’s software solutions are robust, secure, and aligned with its strategic digital transformation goals.
