Branch Banking Operations Head (01 Position)

  • Qualification: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized University.

  • Experience: Requires a minimum of 05 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 03 years in a similar position.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise daily operations activities, including cash management, account opening, remittance, and clearing, ensuring compliance with SBP regulations.

    • Coordinate with the business team for the opening and rotation of branches.

    • Develop and monitor operational benchmarks to ensure the timely implementation of policies and procedures.

    • Supervise the follow-up and fine-tuning of core banking applications.

    • Oversee the full cycle of ATM and Debit Card transaction settlement, reconciliation, and dispute management.

Branch Managers (Multiple positions across Punjab)

  • Qualification: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized University.

  • Experience: Requires a minimum of 05 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 03 years in a similar position.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Take overall responsibility for the supervision and administration of the branch.

    • Achieve branch targets for deposits, advances, and recovery.

    • Mobilize new business and strengthen existing customer relationships.

    • Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations and high-quality customer service.

    • Oversee loan processing, documentation, and timely recovery of dues.

    • Implement and ensure compliance with SBP regulations, bank policies, and AML/CFT guidelines.

    • Monitor and guide staff performance, providing training and motivation.

Officer Call Center (05 Positions)

  • Qualification: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized University.

  • Experience: Requires a minimum of 02 years of post-qualification experience in a similar position.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a courteous and helpful customer experience.

    • Log complaints and service requests accurately into the CRM/ticketing system and escalate unresolved issues.

    • Adhere to call scripts and compliance requirements, ensuring customer confidentiality.

    • Maintain accurate call logs, customer interaction records, and follow-up commitments.
