  2. Professional Experience:

    • Option A: Must be a practicing Advocate of the High Court and its subordinate courts with a minimum of six years of practice.

    • Option B: Must have held a judicial office for a period of not less than six years, with a clean service record.

Candidates are required to follow a mandatory two-step application procedure.

Step 1: Online Submission

  • All applications must first be submitted through the official online portal of the High Court of Sindh: www.sindhhighcourt.gov.pk.

  • Online Deadline: The last date for online submission is October 13, 2025.

Step 2: Hard Copy Submission

  • After submitting the application online, candidates must print the application form, which will have an auto-generated computerized code.

  • The printed form must be signed and sent to the office of the Additional MIT-I.

  • This hard copy must be accompanied by all the required documents as mentioned in the advertisement.

  • Hard Copy Deadline: The complete physical application package must reach the office of the Additional MIT-I within 15 days of the closing date for online applications.


Mandatory Enclosures and Application Fee

Your application must be accompanied by attested copies of all relevant certificates and testimonials, as well as an application fee.

  • Required Documents: A detailed checklist is provided in the official advertisement, which includes attested copies of your CNIC, photographs, educational certificates (Matric to LLB/LLM), Domicile, PRC Form ‘D’, Enrolment Certificates (Subordinate Courts and High Courts), Character Certificates, and Departmental NOC (if applicable).

Rigorous Selection Process: Tests and Interview

  1. First Preliminary Test: An MCQ-based test. Candidates must score a minimum of 60% marks to be eligible for the next stage.

  2. Second Written Subjective Test: This stage consists of two papers.

    • Paper-I: Subjective, based on relevant laws.

    • Paper-II: Based on analytical approach, including judgment writing, essay writing, and situational analysis.

  3. Interview: To qualify for the interview, candidates must obtain an aggregate of 60% marks in the Second Written Subjective Test.


Important Notes for All Applicants

  • Candidates who applied in response to the June 2022 advertisement need not reapply but must submit a fresh request to confirm their continued interest.

  • Original documents must be produced at the time of the interview.

  • Ineligible or incomplete applications will not be considered.

  • Applicants in the public sector must apply through the proper channel with a Departmental NOC.

  • No TA/DA will be admissible for the tests or interview.
