The program is seeking talented and motivated fresh graduates who meet the following criteria:
Education: Fresh graduates with 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution. Eligible degrees include B.A (English), BS Computer Science/IT, BBA, Mass Communication, and Development Studies.
Age: The maximum age limit for applicants is 25 years.

Job Description and Core Responsibilities
Interns will be an integral part of the Pakistan Railways Call Center team. Their key responsibilities will include:
Handling and operating the Pakistan Railways Call Center CRM.
Developing and presenting daily reports through the CRM system.
Handling and addressing customer information queries related to train operations.
Providing support for official events, meetings, and conferences.
Enhancing office operations through process improvement and innovation.
Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
