The Sindh Rural Partners Organization (SRPO), a non-profit and non-governmental organization, has announced a major recruitment drive for a series of projects being implemented in Sindh on an emergency basis. With the support of various donors, SRPO is seeking qualified, experienced, and self-motivated professionals to fill a wide range of vacancies across multiple disciplines. All positions are based in Sindh.

1. Project Manager
No. of Positions: 08
Qualification & Experience: A Master’s degree in Social Science is required, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position, such as a Project Coordinator.
2. MEAL / M&E Officer
No. of Positions: 08
Qualification & Experience: A Master’s degree in Social Science, a Diploma in Nutrition, or an equivalent qualification is needed. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Nutrition Coordinator). A health-related Diploma/Diploma in Nursing and experience in CMAM Projects will be considered an added value.
3. Social / Community Mobilizer
No. of Positions: 20
Qualification & Experience: Requires a Master’s in Social Science, a Diploma in Nutrition, or an equivalent. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position is necessary. A health-related Diploma/Diploma in Nursing and experience in CMAM Projects will be an added value.
4. Nutrition Assistant
No. of Positions: 20
Qualification & Experience: A Graduation/Diploma in Nursing is required, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in CMAM Projects.
5. Livelihood Officer
No. of Positions: 08
Qualification & Experience: A Master’s degree in Development Studies, Agriculture, Economics, Social Work, or a related field is required. A minimum of 4 years of experience is mandatory. Additional certifications or training in livelihood development, vocational skills, microfinance, or enterprise development are a plus.
6. Admin / Logistic / Procurement & Finance Officer
No. of Positions: 08
Qualification & Experience: An MBA or M.Com in Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline is required, with at least 4 years of experience in administration within the NGO sector.
7. Data Entry Operator
No. of Positions: 08
Qualification & Experience: A Graduation degree along with a certificate or diploma in computers is needed. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in data management.
8. Engineer
No. of Positions: 08
Qualification & Experience: A Master’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Management is required, complemented by over 4 years of relevant experience in the NGO sector.
