The Program Management Unit (PMU) of the National Health Support Program (NHSP) Sindh, under the Health Department, Government of Sindh, has announced a call for applications for a high-level consultancy position. Position: Additional Program Director (PPS-10/11)
The PMU is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to fill the role of Additional Program Director on a contract basis. This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the objectives of this significant health support program.

Eligibility Criteria: Qualification and Experience
Candidates must possess a robust combination of education and professional experience to be considered for this prestigious role.
Mandatory Qualification:
Essential: An MBBS degree OR a Master’s degree in Health Policy Management, Public Health, Social Science, or an equivalent field from a recognized institution.
Required Experience & Skills:
A minimum of 10 years of professional management experience.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing large-scale health projects at the national or provincial level.
Demonstrated experience working with international donor agencies (like the World Bank) and UN partners.
In-depth knowledge of relevant health regulations and the Pakistani health system.
Must be computer proficient and possess strong research and analytical skills.
A thorough understanding of the Sindh Health Department and its systems is essential.
