Bridge Consultants Foundation Announces Job Opportunities for Global Fund TB Project in Sindh
Sindh, Pakistan – The Bridge Consultants Foundation, a not-for-profit organization committed to promoting public health research, has announced job openings for its Global Fund Project on TB (DOTS). The foundation is seeking young, energetic, and hardworking applicants to fill positions in various districts of Sindh province.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a background in social sciences, public health, and microbiology to contribute to a vital public health initiative. 1. District Field Supervisor (Male)

Academic Qualification: A Master’s Degree in Social Science, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Economics, OR a BS in Psychology/Public Health. A mandatory certification in MS Office is required.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the social sector, with organizations, or in the health sector.
Knowledge and Skills:
Fluency in written and spoken English, Sindhi, Urdu, and other local languages.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong community mobilization skills and the ability to build linkages with local doctors and health officials.
Ability to work under pressure and coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
Salary Package: Gross Salary of PKR 57,476/-
2. GeneXpert Testing Incharge
Number of Positions: 01
Taluka / District Location: Taluka Dadu, Distt: Dadu (01)
Academic Qualification: MSc in Microbiology, a Diploma in Clinical Pathology, or a one-year Lab Technician Course or equivalent.
Experience: The candidate must have basic knowledge and at least one year of experience working in a clinical/microbiology laboratory. Experience working in a TB laboratory with GeneXpert will be preferred. Knowledge of bio-safety in a TB laboratory is desired.
Language and Skills: Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and a good command of local languages, especially Sindhi and Urdu.
Salary Package: Gross Salary of PKR 57,714/-
