Key Vacancies: Assistant Director Roles Across Multiple Specializations
The PAA is looking to hire for the following EG-01 grade positions, offering a competitive pay scale of Rs. 56,280 – 5,630 – 168,880.
1. Assistant Director Electronics (EG-01)
Number of Seats: 20
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years
Educational Qualification:
A Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics, Computer, Telecommunication, Aeronautical Engineering (Avionics), or Electrical Engineering (with a major in Electronics or Telecommunication).
A minimum of 70% aggregate marks or an equivalent CGPA from a HEC-recognized university is required.
Candidates must have obtained at least 60% marks in Intermediate (HSSC).
Crucially, applicants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) by the closing date of the advertisement.
Quota Distribution: Merit (1), Balochistan (2), KPK (2), Punjab (10), Sindh (R) (2), Sindh (U) (2), Ex-FATA (1).
2. Assistant Director Communication Operations (EG-01)
Number of Seats: 12
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years
Educational Qualification:
A minimum of 16 years of education in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecom, or Aviation Management.
Requires at least 70% aggregate marks or an equivalent CGPA from a HEC-recognized university.
Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% marks in F.Sc / Intermediate Computer Science (ICS).
Quota Distribution: Merit (1), Balochistan (1), KPK (1), Punjab (6), Sindh (R) (1), Sindh (U) (1), Ex-FATA (1).
3. Assistant Director Commercial (EG-01)
Number of Seats: 04
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years
Educational Qualification:
An MBA with a specialization in Marketing, Retail, Finance, or Contract Management (minimum 16 years of education).
A minimum of 70% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA from a HEC-recognized university.
Requires at least 60% marks in Intermediate.
Quota Distribution: KPK (1), Punjab (3).
4. Assistant Director Estate (EG-01)
Number of Seats: 02
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years
Educational Qualification:
A Bachelor’s degree in City & Regional Town Planning or Urban Development (minimum 16 years of education).
A minimum of 70% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA from a HEC-recognized university.
Requires at least 60% marks in Intermediate.
Quota Distribution: Sindh (R) (1), Balochistan (1).
Note: The positions for Assistant Director Commercial and Assistant Director Estate are unfilled vacancies previously advertised on August 23rd, 2024.

Important Terms and Conditions for Applicants
Surety Bond: Selected candidates for the following posts will be required to execute a surety bond to serve in the PAA for a minimum of ten (10) years:
Assistant Director Electronics: Rs. 2,500,000/-
Assistant Director Communication: Rs. 1,000,000/-
Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be applicable as per Federal Government rules.
