AGM Business Development
Qualification: Minimum BSc in Civil Engineering, with a Master’s in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 20+ years of experience in construction business development and client relations.
Manager Business Development
Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering, with a Master’s in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in construction industry business development.
AGM Projects
Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
Experience: 20+ years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects. Must be capable of handling multiple projects.
Project Manager
Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
Experience: 12+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects.
Construction Manager
Qualification: 15+ years of experience in managing on-site construction activities.
Skills: Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Projects Coordinator
Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in project coordination, reporting, and site monitoring.
Requirement: Must be willing to travel frequently.
Sr. QS (Costing, Budgeting, and Proposal)
Experience: 15+ years of experience in contracts, proposals, cost controls, and budgeting for construction projects and cost estimation.
Skills: Ability to prepare competitive, cost-effective bid proposals.
Sr. QS (Billing)
Experience: 15+ years of experience in quantity surveying with a focus on billing.
Skills: Proven expertise in client billing, subcontractor billing, and progress measurements.
QA/QC Laboratory Manager
Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in QA/QC for construction materials and site testing.
