Qualification & Experience: A 16-year degree or equivalent in MBA, Economics, IT, Engineering, Social Science, or Arts. This must be supplemented with at least 5 years of work experience in Monitoring & Evaluation or Project Management. Experience in PSDP/ADP projects is highly preferred.
