The authority has advertised vacancies for roles ranging from Flight Inspector Pilot to Senior Joint Directors in various departments.

PCAA is looking to fill the following key roles with dedicated and skilled professionals:
1. Flight Inspector Pilot (EG-08)
Number of Positions: Three (03)
Location: Initially based in Karachi, with possible relocation to Islamabad, Lahore, or other stations.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Must be a Pakistani National.
Hold or have held an ATPL with a type rating on a Commercial Transport Aircraft with MGTOW of 40,000 Kg or more.
Minimum 5,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command of a Commercial Air Transport Aircraft (MGTOW of 40,000 Kg or more).
Must have an SFE or TRE endorsement on an ATPL, or be an instructor for commercial aircraft (MGTOW of 40,000 kg or more).
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Pilot in Commercial Air Transport.
Pay & Contract Details:
Pay: Rs. 1,373,230/- per month with a 5% annual increment.
Contract: Three (03) years, extendable.
Age Limit: Maximum 66 years.
2. Deputy Director Coordination & Support (EG-03)
Number of Positions: Two (02)
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Public Administration or Aviation Management.
Overall experience of six (06) years in a Govt/Semi-Govt Organization or aviation industry, with three (03) years in an administrative or executive support role.
Pay & Contract Details:
Pay: Rs. 250,927/- per month (negotiable) with a 5% annual increment.
Contract: Three (03) years, extendable.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
3. Sr. Joint Director IT (EG-06)
Number of Positions: One (01)
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or IT.
Minimum 12 years of experience in IT, including systems administration, network management, IT infrastructure, and application support in a multi-national or Govt/Semi-Govt organization.
Pay & Contract Details:
Pay: Rs. 406,725/- per month (negotiable) with a 5% annual increment.
Contract: Three (03) years, extendable.
Age Limit: Maximum 52 years.
4. Sr. Joint Director Admin (EG-06)
Number of Positions: One (01)
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Sixteen (16) years of education, preferably in Public Administration.
Minimum twelve (12) years of experience in domains such as General Administration, Procurement & Logistics, Security Management, Handling Estate & Land Matters, and Motor Vehicle Transport Management.
Pay & Contract Details:
Pay: Rs. 406,725/- per month (negotiable) with a 5% annual increment.
Contract: Three (03) years, extendable.
Age Limit: Maximum 52 years.
5. Sr. Joint Director AAR (Ground Handling) (EG-06)
Number of Positions: Two (02)
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (16 years of education).
Must have valid PEC Registration.
Overall twelve (12) years of experience, with five (05) years in the operation of E/M equipment, Ground Handling, and ramp operations.
Pay & Contract Details:
Pay: Rs. 406,725/- per month (negotiable) with a 5% annual increment.
Contract: Three (03) years, extendable.
Age Limit: Maximum 52 years.
