Now Hiring: Comprehensive List of Open Positions and Eligibility Criteria

IHHN is seeking professionals for a wide range of roles, from clinical and medical positions to management and support staff. The eligibility criteria for each designation are as follows:

• District Coordinator

  • Criteria: Master’s in Social Science with 4-5 years of experience in the health sector. Experience working with international, national organizations, and government agencies is required.

• Medical Officer (M/F)

  • Criteria: MBBS with a valid PMDC License. A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience is required.

• Mental Health Officer

  • Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or a related field. A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience is required.

• Medical / Lab Technician

  • Criteria: Diploma of OT Technician/Nurse Aid/Lab Technician/Clinical Assistant from a reputable organization. Requires 2-3 years of relevant experience.

• Lady Health Visitor

  • Criteria: Diploma of LHV with a valid PNC License. A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience is required.

• Pharmacist / Dispenser

  • Criteria: B-Pharmacy / Pharm-D or Dispenser Diploma with Pharmacy Council Registration. Requires 1-2 years of relevant experience.

• Community Health Worker / Mobilizer

  • Criteria: Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree will be preferred). A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience is required.

• Vaccinator

  • Criteria: Matric or above with a Diploma (Vaccinator). A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.

• Staff Nurse

  • Criteria: Diploma in General Nursing (preferably BScN/Post RN). Must hold a valid PNC License. Requires 1-2 years of relevant experience.

• Data Entry Officer

  • Criteria: Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree will be preferred). A Diploma or equivalent training/experience in field data management will be preferred. Requires 2-3 years of relevant experience.

• Support Staff

  • Criteria: Matriculate/Middle. At least 1 year of prior work experience is preferred. Must have the ability to read and write.
