Now Hiring: Open Positions and Eligibility Criteria
The company is looking for candidates to fill the following roles:
1. Psychologist
Qualification: Master’s in Psychology / Behavioural Sciences.
Experience: Minimum 04-06 years of experience in counseling and psychometric testing. The candidate must be proficient in conducting tests, interviews, and workshops and possess the ability to deliver lectures. Strong verbal and written skills in English are essential. Preference will be given to retired GTOs (Group Testing Officers) with experience conducting ISSB tests.
2. GTO (Group Testing Officer)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: Proven experience in conducting tests and interviews, with a background in security, access control, and strong observation and communication skills. The ability to remain vigilant is essential. Preference will be given to retired army officers with experience in conducting ISSB Gate tests.
3. Marketing Officer
Qualification: MBA / BBA / BS in Marketing.
Experience: Minimum 03 to 05 years of working experience in relevant fields within a reputed organization.
4. A-XEN (Assistant Executive Engineer)
Qualification: BE / BS in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical, Computer, Software, or AI.
Experience: Minimum 03 to 05 years of working experience in relevant fields within a reputed organization.
5. Associate Engineer (Male/Female)
Qualification: DAE in Electrical / Electronics / Telecom / Mechanical / Mechatronic / Computer Technology.
Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience in reputed industries, with expertise in instrumentation, testing equipment, and troubleshooting/repair of electronic equipment. Experience in the radio frequency field is preferred.
