Key Job Responsibilities

Job Description for Head Teacher:

Develop and maintain the annual academic calendar and teacher diaries.
Liaise with other schools to foster a collaborative learning environment.
Maintain student and staff attendance records.
Conduct faculty assessments, track student engagement, and implement measures for improvement.
Supervise and advise teaching staff to improve the quality of teaching.
Oversee class scheduling, timetables, and co-curricular activities.

Job Description for Teacher:

Ensure 100% student attendance on a regular basis.
Manage, maintain, and decorate classrooms.
Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, midterm, and quality assurance tests.
Prepare and implement effective lesson plans.
Arrange curricular and co-curricular activities.
Test, grade, and evaluate student learning, providing individual attention where needed.
Attend staff meetings and parent-teacher meetings.
