Position: Principal
Age Limit: 33-55 Years
Required Qualification: Minimum 2nd Class M.Phil in Education from an HEC recognized University/Institute.
Required Experience: Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in a leadership role within an educational institution, preferably in a K-12 environment.
IBA Community College Khairpur
Position: Administrative Officer
Age Limit: 25-40 Years
Required Qualification: Minimum 2nd Class Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Minimum 16 Years of Education) from an HEC recognized University/Institute.
Required Experience: Minimum of 02 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
Community College Jacobabad
Position: Accounts Officer
Age Limit: 25-40 Years
Required Qualification: Minimum 2nd Class BBA / MBA (Finance) / ACCA / CA / M.Com / BS (Hons) in Finance from an HEC recognized University/Institute.
Required Experience: Minimum of 02 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
IBA Community College Naushahro Feroze
Position: Lab Assistant (Biology)
Age Limit: 18-40 Years
Required Qualification: Minimum 2nd Class Bachelor’s degree / Associate Degree (Minimum 14 Years of Education) from an HEC recognized University/Institute in the relevant field/subject.
Position: Accounts Officer
Age Limit: 25-40 Years
Required Qualification: Minimum 2nd Class BBA / MBA (Finance) / ACCA / CA / M.Com / BS (Hons) in Finance.
Required Experience: Minimum of 02 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
IBA Public School Ubauro
Position: Accounts Officer

How to Apply: A Step-by-Step Guide
All candidates must follow the online application process managed by STS.
Online Application: Eligible candidates must apply online through the STS application portal at https://apply.sts.net.pk.
Application Fee: After completing the online application, candidates must download a system-generated challan of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred only).
Challan Payment: This non-refundable fee can be paid at any ABL Bank Ltd branch or via the MyABL app. Alternatively, candidates can use the 1-Bill reference number to pay through the internet banking portal of any 1-Bill-linked bank.
Stay Updated: The date, time, and venue of the test/interview will be communicated via SMS alert and the STS website. All updates, including admit slips and results, will be available on the STS portal. Candidates are advised to visit the website regularly.
Important Guidelines for Applicants
Eligibility: Only candidates having a domicile of Sindh province are eligible to apply.
One Position Rule: A candidate can only apply for one position.
Degree Completion: The applicant’s degree must be complete at the time of application.
Government Employees: All government servants must apply through the proper channel.
Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates who meet the specified criteria will be called for a test/interview.
No TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided for appearing in the test or interview.
