Government of Pakistan Announces Career Opportunities at Trade Dispute Resolution Commission

The Government of Pakistan’s Ministry of Commerce is inviting applications from qualified male and female citizens for positions at the Trade Dispute Resolution Commission (TDRC) in Islamabad. The positions come with a fixed monthly salary.

Available Positions

The TDRC is seeking to fill the following vacancies:

IT Professional

  • Number of Vacancies: 01

  • Required Qualification: A BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.

  • Required Experience: 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have proficiency in programming languages, familiarity with data management systems and web development frameworks, and a good knowledge of operating systems, networking, and cybersecurity.

  • Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.

Legal Assistant

  • Number of Vacancies: 01

  • Required Qualification: LLB degree.

  • Required Experience: 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in specific areas such as corporate, employment, and HR-related matters.

  • Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.

Important Instructions for Applicants

  • Only shortlisted candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be called for a test or interview.

  • All appointments will be made strictly on merit.

  • The TDRC reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process, in part or in whole, or to change the number of posts at any time without assigning any reason.

  • Tests and interviews will be conducted at the TDRC office in Islamabad or at any other location as required.

  • Political interference or involvement is discouraged and will result in the cancellation of the candidature.

  • No TA/DA will be provided for attending the test or interview.

  • Shortlisted candidates must present their original documents and one set of attested copies of degrees/certificates issued by an HEC-recognized board/university at the time of the interview.

  • Applicants currently in government service must apply through the proper channel and will need to produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
