The organization is seeking suitable candidates for the positions of Manager (MOF) and Electrician on a contract basis. Manager (MOF) – 01 Post
KSEW is looking for a highly experienced and skilled Manager to join its team. This is a significant leadership role within the organization, focused on the management of heavy machinery and marine systems.
Qualifications and Experience:
Candidates must possess a BE, B.Tech, DAE, or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
The required experience varies by qualification:
BE: 8-10 years
B.Tech: 10-15 years
DAE or equivalent: 15-20 years
Extensive experience is required in the installation, commissioning, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of heavy machinery equipment. This includes Gas Turbines, Marine Diesel Engines, Marine Propulsion Systems, Diesel Generators, Boilers, Auxiliary Machinery, and various other marine systems like HVAC, firefighting, and hydraulics.
Experience in the marine sector is highly preferred.
Applicants must have a good knowledge of MS Office and possess strong leadership skills to lead a team effectively.
The age limit for this position is up to 45 years.
Electrician – 04 Posts
Karachi Shipyard is also hiring for the position of Electrician. These technician jobs are crucial for maintaining the electrical systems within the shipyard.
Qualifications and Experience:
Applicants should have a Matric or DAE in Electrical.
A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
Candidates who hold a wireman license will be given preference.
The age limit for the Electrician position is up to 45 years.
