1. Green Finance Specialist (PPS-10)

   • Qualifications: Master’s in Economics/Finance/Public Policy or Development Studies (foreign PhD preferred).

2. Carbon Markets Specialist (PPS-10)

   • Qualifications: Master’s in Environmental Science/Climate Change.

   • Experience: 8+ years in carbon markets (NAMAS/CDM), policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

3. UNFCCC Project Specialist (PPS-10)

   • Qualifications: Master’s/PhD in Climate Change/Environmental Engineering.

   • Experience: 10+ years managing climate projects; knowledge of UNFCCC processes.

4. Marine Biodiversity & Spatial Planning Specialists (PPS-10)

   • Qualifications: Master’s/PhD in Marine Biology/Environmental Science.

   • Experience: 10+ years in marine conservation, sustainable resource management.

5. Chemicals & Waste Management Specialists (PPS-10)
