Senior Engineer (Well Integrity): Petroleum Engineering degree (Bachelors/Masters) + 6+ years experience (Oil & Gas preferred).
Engineer (QHSE – Quality, Health, Safety, Environment): Any Engineering degree + 4+ years experience (Oil & Gas preferred).
Senior Geophysicist: Geophysics degree + 6+ years experience (E&P preferred).
Geologist/Senior Geologist: Geology degree + 4+ years experience (E&P preferred).
Engineer (Reservoir): Petroleum Engineering degree + 4+ years experience (E&P preferred).
Engineer (Production): Petroleum/Mechanical Engineering degree + 4+ years experience (Oil & Gas preferred).
Engineer/Senior Engineer (Mud): Chemical/Mechanical/Petroleum Engineering degree + 4+ years experience. Mud School completion mandatory.
Operations & Support Roles:
Procurement Officers (Senior/Officer): Engineering/Supply Chain/Management degree + 6+ years (Senior) or 4+ years experience.
Senior Community Development Officer: Social Sciences/Management/Engineering degree + 6+ years experience (Oil & Gas preferred).
Security Officers (Senior/Officer): Retired Armed Forces personnel (Lt. Col/Major equivalent + 15+ yrs for Senior; Major/Captain equivalent + 12+ yrs for Officer). Corporate experience preferred.
Legal Leadership (Deputy Chief/Chief Legal Officer & Senior Legal Counsel): LLB + 10+ yrs (Chief/Deputy Chief) or 6+ yrs (Senior Counsel) experience. LLM/Barristers preferred.
Business Excellence Officers (Officer/Senior): Engineering/Environmental Sciences/Business Admin degree + 4+ years experience (Oil & Gas preferred).
Business Development Officers (Officer/Senior): Engineering/Business Admin (Finance)/Economics/Accounting degree + 4+ years experience (Oil & Gas preferred).
Financial/Treasury Analyst: Qualified ACCA/ACMA/MBA/CA Finalist + 4+ years experience (Oil & Gas preferred).
Administrative Assistant (Contract): Any Bachelor’s degree + 4+ years experience. Secretary to functional head & Oil & Gas experience preferred.
Technician (Shift Process Plant) (Contract): 3-year Chemical/Mechanical/Petrochemical Associate Eng. Diploma + 2+ years experience (Oil & Gas preferred).
Specialized Mining Project Roles (Baryte, Lead & Zinc):
Project Geologist (Mining): Geology/Applied Geology/Earth Sciences degree + 4+ years experience (Mining preferred).
Geophysicist (Mining): Geology/Applied Geology/Earth Sciences degree + 4+ years experience (Mining preferred).
Business Analyst (Finance) – Mining: Qualified ACCA/ACMA/CFA/MBA (Finance) + 4+ years experience (Mining preferred).
