Deputy Manager (Engineering Design)
Education: BE/B.Tech/DAE (Mechanical).
Experience:
BE Graduates: 5–8 years in designing barrages, sluice gates, pressure vessels, or cranes.
B.Tech/DAE Holders: 10–20 years in similar fields.
Skills: Proficiency in CAD, ANSYS, SolidWorks, or stress analysis tools.
Assistant Manager (Engineering Design)
Education: BE/B.Tech/DAE (Mechanical).
Experience:
BE Graduates: 3+ years in drafting/designing boilers, heat exchangers, or oilfield facilities.
B.Tech/DAE Holders: 8–15 years of relevant experience.
Skills: Expertise in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or ABACUS.
Technical & Operational Roles
Boat Driver/Crew: Matric/DAE (Mechanical) with 3+ years of boat operation experience and VHF communication skills.
Electrician: Matric/DAE (Electrical) preferred, 2–3 years of experience, and a wireman license (advantageous).
Mechanical Fitter: Matric/DAE (Mechanical) preferred, 2–3 years of hands-on mechanical fitting experience.
Fork Lifter Operator: Middle/Matric qualification, 2–3 years of experience, and a 3–6-month trade course (preferred).
Age Limit: Up to 45 years (relaxation possible for exceptional candidates).
