     • Experience working with international NGOs is preferred.

2. Non-Linear Editor & Graphic Designer (BS-16)

   • Qualification & Experience:
     • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.
     • At least 02 years of experience in WEB/Multimedia/Graphic Design or related fields.
     • QuarkXPress, Dreamweaver, CorelDRAW, and Illustrator.
     • Experience in Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube post designs, including thumbnails, badges, and logo designs.
     • Good communication skills in Urdu and English (written and verbal).
     • Proficiency in UI and UX designs.
     • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
   • Age Limit: Maximum 32 years (with 5 years general age relaxation).
   • Number of Posts: 01 (Merit).
   • Domicile: Merit.
   • Place of Posting: Liable to serve/posted anywhere in the country where the post exists.

Key Responsibilities for Fact Checker

1. Digital Media Monitoring:
   • Continuously monitor major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
   • Track emerging narratives, trends, and potential misinformation related to ECP.
   • Develop real-time tracking mechanisms for viral content and emerging ECP discourse.
   • Identify and categorize potential sources of misinformation.
2. Fact-Checking and Verification:
   • Systematically verify claims, statements, and narratives circulating on digital platforms.
   • Cross-reference information with official sources, electoral data, and authenticated records.
   • Prepare detailed fact-checking reports with clear evidence and source citations.
   • Develop rapid response protocols for addressing electoral misinformation.
3. Reporting and Communication:
   • Produce daily and weekly comprehensive reports on digital media trends.
   • Prepare immediate alerts for critical misinformation that may impact electoral integrity.
   • Collaborate with the Spokesperson or PRO to develop strategic rebuttals.
   • Maintain a centralized database of verified and disputed claims.
