Eligibility Criteria
Education/Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from a local or international university recognized by the HEC.
- At least 60% marks or a minimum CGPA of 2.5.
- Preferred disciplines include Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business, Marketing, or Economics.
Age Limit:
- Maximum 26 years (as of the last date for application submission).
Experience:
- 1–2 years of relevant banking experience is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Agriculture Financing: Offer financing products to new and existing clients.
- Target Achievement: Meet assigned targets for borrowers and disbursement (amount and account-wise).
- Portfolio Growth: Focus on new client acquisition and ensure portfolio expansion.
- Loan Guidance: Assist borrowers with application processes and ensure smooth processing.
- Field Visits: Conduct on-site visits to verify business operations and assess collateral.
- Credit Proposal Management: Submit credit proposals within turnaround time (TAT).
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to pre-disbursement and other regulatory guidelines.
- Recovery Monitoring: Manage timely recovery of loans and reduce non-performing loans (NPLs).
- Technical Support: Provide farmers with guidance on effective utilization of agricultural practices.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service to ensure a positive client experience.
