Open Positions and Requirements
1. Program Manager
- Role: Lead strategic planning, oversee staff supervision, and ensure efficient program execution.
- Qualifications: Master’s in Management, Public Health, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in program management, preferably in healthcare
2. Physiotherapists (2)
- Role: Treat individuals to improve physical mobility and manage pain.
- Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
- Experience: At least 2 years in clinical practice.
3. Occupational Therapists (2)
- Role: Assist individuals in recovering and developing sensory and physical skills.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience: 3 years in pediatric settings preferred.
4. Speech Therapists (2)
- Role: Diagnose and treat speech and communication disorders.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Speech Pathology.
- Experience: 2 years in clinical or educational settings.
5. Psychologists (2)
- Role: Provide counseling to support mental and emotional health.
- Qualifications: Master’s in Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
- Experience: 2 years in clinical or counseling roles.
6. Pediatricians (2)
- Role: Deliver medical care to children, focusing on developmental disorders.
- Qualifications: MBBS with FCPS in Pediatrics.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of pediatric clinical practice.
7. Community Health Workers (6)
- Role: Promote health awareness and assist families with developmental delays.
- Qualifications: Matriculation and community health training.
- Experience: 2 years in relevant roles.
8. Lady Health Workers (4)
- Role: Deliver basic healthcare and raise community awareness.
- Qualifications: Matriculation with healthcare training.
- Experience: 2 years in similar roles.
9. Office Assistants (2)
- Role: Support program operations and administrative tasks.
- Qualifications: Intermediate or Diploma in Office Management.
- Experience: 2 years in office administration.
10. Support Staff Positions
- Cleaners (2): Maintain hygiene and order in healthcare facilities.
- Qualifications: Basic literacy.
- Experience: 2 years in cleaning or housekeeping roles.
- Drivers (4): Transport staff and materials safely.
- Qualifications: Valid driver’s license (LTV/HTV).
- Experience: 2 years of professional driving.
- Guards (2): Ensure safety and security of premises.
- Qualifications: Matriculation.
- Experience: 2 years in security roles.
- Cooks (2): Prepare meals tailored to dietary needs.
- Qualifications: Basic literacy with cooking knowledge.
- Experience: 2 years in institutional or professional kitchens.
