1. Medical Officer (BPS-17)
   • Qualifications: MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by PMDC.
   • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a government or private hospital.
   • Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
2. Messing Officer (BPS-17)
   • Qualifications: Master’s degree or equivalent; retired Major or equivalent rank.
   • Experience: At least 5 years in management at a well-reputed institution.
   • Age Limit: Up to 55 years.
3. Mess Supervisor (BPS-16)
   • Qualifications: Retired JCO/NCO from the armed forces with mess management experience.
   • Age Limit: Up to 55 years.
4. Accountant (BPS-16)
   • Qualifications: B.Com/D.Com or retired Hav/Naik Clerk.
   • Experience: At least 5 years of record-keeping experience.
   • Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
5. Estate Manager (BPS-15)
   • Qualifications: Retired JCO/NCO from the armed forces or a diploma in civil engineering with expertise in survey and AutoCAD.
   • Experience: Minimum 20 years of relevant experience.
   • Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
6. Drill JCO (BPS-15)
   • Qualifications: Drill Course from PMA with excellent grading.
   • Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
7. PA to Principal (BPS-12)
   • Qualifications: Intermediate with shorthand speed of 50 WPM and typing speed of 40 WPM.
   • Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
8. Overseer (BPS-11)
   • Qualifications: Diploma in Civil Engineering with knowledge of survey and AutoCAD.
   • Experience: At least 5 years in construction projects.
   • Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
9. Drill and PT Instructors (BPS-10)
   • Qualifications: Ex-PMA instructors or NCOs from Pak Army with relevant training and good grading.
   • Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
10. Estate Supervisor (BPS-08)
    • Qualifications: Retired JCO/NCO from the armed forces or diploma in civil engineering with AutoCAD expertise.
    • Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
11. Other Supporting Staff
    • Positions: Butler, Sports NCO, MT NCO, Cook, Line Man, Telephone Operator, and Mason.
    • Qualifications: Relevant experience in respective fields.

Terms and Conditions

• All appointments will be on probation for 1 year, extendable per government rules.
