Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University of Law (SZABUL), established under the Sindh Act XIII of 2013, is inviting applications from highly qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals for the following positions on a contract basis. These positions offer an excellent opportunity to contribute to one of Pakistan’s leading law universities, located in Clifton, Karachi.
Vacant Positions:
- Registrar (BPS-20)
- Qualification: LL.M., LL.B., MBA, or a 16-year equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: A minimum of 17 years of responsible administrative experience in the public or private sector, including at least 5 years of service in a BPS-20 position or equivalent as the Head of a Department. Experience in university or educational institutions is preferred.
- Age Limit: Maximum 55 years.
- Tenure: 3 years.
- Controller of Examinations (BPS-19)
- Qualification: LL.M., M.A., MBA, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: At least 14 years of responsible administrative experience, including 5 years at BPS-18 or above. candidates with experience in managing university or educational institution exams.
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
- Tenure: 3 years.

- Cover letter and updated resume.
- Attested copies of all educational certificates.
- Attested copies of experience certificates.
- Attested copy of Domicile/PRC and CNIC.
- Four recent passport-size photographs.
- A Pay Order of Rs. 2000 in favor of “Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University of Law, Karachi.”
Important Notes:
- Only candidates with Sindh domicile are eligible to apply.

- Foreign-qualified candidates must submit equivalency certificates from the Chairman of the HEC or the Inter Board Committee.
