Available Positions:

  1. Deputy Director (BPS-18/19)
    Qualifications: BE Civil/MSc Project Management
    Experience:

    • Minimum 15 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects, including multistory buildings, warehouses, and infrastructure development.
    • Must have completed at least two projects with international clients or designers.
    • Extensive experience in specialized concreting, complex electrical systems, IT, BMS (Building Management Systems), and fire-fighting networks.
  2. Resident Engineer (Buildings & Roads) (BPS-18)
    Qualifications: MSc Structures
    Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in the design and consultancy of multistory buildings, warehouses, and infrastructure development.
    • Must have completed at least two projects with international clients/designers.
  3. Resident Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical) (BPS-18)
    Qualifications: MSc Electrical/Mechanical
    Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in the design and consultancy of electrical and mechanical works.
    • At least two projects completed with international clients/designers.
  4. Quantity Surveyor (BPS-17)
    Qualifications: BE Civil/DAE (Civil)
    Experience:

    • Minimum 15 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in large-scale construction projects, particularly multistory buildings and infrastructure.
    • Strong knowledge of bid evaluation, billing, and FIDIC/MES regulations.
    • Expertise in both civil and mechanical works is preferred.
  5. Planning Engineer (BPS-17)
    Qualifications: BSc Civil with P-6 certification from Oracle or equivalent
    Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning related to the construction of multistory buildings, warehouses, and infrastructure.
    • Must have worked on at least two projects with international clients/designers.
  6. Quality Assurance Manager (BPS-18)
    Qualifications: MS in Project Management or PMP certified
    Experience:

    • Minimum 7 years of experience in Civil Engineering with a focus on Quality Assurance in construction.
    • Deep understanding of construction practices, materials, and engineering principles.
    • Familiarity with international quality management systems (e.g., ISO, ASTM).
  7. Quality Assurance Engineer (BPS-17)
    Qualifications: BSc Civil or related field with relevant certification
    Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering focusing on quality assurance.
    • Strong knowledge of construction materials and quality control processes.
  8. Laboratory Incharge (BPS-17)
    Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Civil Engineering, Geology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
    Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in material testing and quality assurance.
    • Proficiency in advanced laboratory equipment and testing procedures.
    • Knowledge of international quality standards related to material testing (e.g., ASTM).
