Available Positions:
Section In-Charge – Board Committees Wings (OG-II / OG-I)
Reporting to: Wing Head – Board Committees Wings
Qualification:- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university or institute. Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial institution (FI), preferably in a Company Secretary Office or in a similar role. Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
Main Duties:
- Efficient arrangement for Board Committee meetings
- Preparation of draft minutes of committee meetings
- Coordination and follow-up on decisions taken by the Board Committees
- Maintenance and safekeeping of official records and confidential documents
- Preparing extract letters, managing amendments, and ensuring proper documentation
- Staff Officer – Board Committees Wings (OG-III)
Reporting to: Section In-Charge – Board Committees Wing
Qualification:- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university or institute. Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial institution, preferably in a Company Secretary Office. Skills:

Responsibilities:
- Assist in arranging Board Committee meetings
- Assist in the preparation of draft minutes of meetings
- Follow-up on decisions taken in Board meetings
- Maintenance of official records and documentation
- Support in the preparation of extract letters and communication with stakeholders
Support Officer – Management Credit Committee Wing (OG-III)
Reporting to: Department Head – Management Credit Committee Wing
Qualification:- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university or institute. Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of banking experience, preferably in Credit Management (Corporate, Commercial, SME, or Retail Banking). Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Review Management Credit Committee (MCC) memos and ensure compliance with committee directives
- Receive, track, and maintain records of MCC memos, notices, agendas, and minutes
- Assist in the preparation and vetting of minutes and follow-ups with relevant groups
- Provide administrative support to the Department Head MCC
- Ensure safekeeping and audit trails of all relevant documents
Additional Information:
- Assessment/Interview: Only shortlisted candidates who meet the basic eligibility criteria will be invited for tests and/or interviews.
- Employment Type: Contractual basis for three years, with the possibility of renewal at the discretion of the management. Selected candidates will receive competitive compensation packages as per the bank’s policies.
