Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Employment Support Program Recruitment Advertisement

The provincial government of KPK Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, in collaboration with the expected support of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Employment Support Program, invites applications from suitable male and female candidates holding a domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. If the organization is later granted government status by the provincial government, the selected candidates will also attain semi-government status.

Registration Officer (Male/Female)
- Number of Positions: 1370
- Salary: PKR 37,500/-
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Age Limit: 20-38 years (upper age limit relaxation as per policy).
- Educational Category: Minimum Graduate.
Assistant Registration Officer (Male/Female)
- Number of Positions: 2415
- Salary: PKR 33,500/-
- Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Age Limit: 18-35 years (upper age limit relaxation as per policy).
Registration Staff (Male/Female)
- Number of Positions: 3740
- Qualification: Matric or Intermediate from a recognized institution.
- Age Limit: 18-45 years (upper age limit relaxation as per policy).
- Compensation: Based on actual performance.

Written Screening Test Schedule

Candidates should select one of the following centers for the test:

Peshawar Center: August 10, 2024 (Saturday)
Swat Center: August 17, 2024 (Saturday)
Abbottabad Center: August 11, 2024 (Sunday)
Bannu Center: August 18, 2024 (Sunday)

Roll number slips will be issued on August 6, 2024.

Application Procedure

Candidates can download the application form from www.pr.org.pk/career and submit it by post.
Attach a deposit slip or proof of online payment of PKR 500 (non-refundable) for the screening test fee with the application form.
Candidates scoring 40% or above in the test will be eligible for the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Employment Support Program, which provides assistance for securing jobs in BPS-5 to BPS-15 and other employment facilities as per the program details on the website.
For positions numbered 1 and 2, work is remote (home-based), and only top merit candidates will be interviewed. Positions numbered 2 and 3 are temporary, with selection based on screening test performance.
Candidates already employed can apply and work for the organization while retaining their current jobs.
Selected candidates will receive training and technical support periodically.
No TA/DA will be provided for the interview.
Candidates must bring their roll number slips to the written test. Unethical or illegal means will lead to disqualification.
Selected candidates will receive EOBI benefits, medical insurance, and pensions as per government regulations.
The last date to apply online or by post is July 23, 2024.
Applications must be received by the Project Manager, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Employment Support Program, Plot No. 3, Block A, Main PWD Road, Islamabad, by the deadline.
