Position Available: Lady Health Visitor/Paramedic

Location: District Office Thatta, Jamshoro, Mirpurkhas, Karachi

Number of Positions: 05 Female

Age Limit: 22 and above

Reporting Line: DPM/DEM/Project Manager

Qualification: Two years Diploma in LHV Course registered with PNC

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years relevant working experience, preferably in fieldwork and family planning

Skills Required:

• Effective communication with mothers in the local language
• Proficiency in family planning methods and counseling skills
• IUCD insertion and removal skills
• Ability to calculate EDD and assess gestational age, including measurement of fundus height
• Identification of high-risk factors in pregnancy and continuous monitoring
• Familiarity with project targets and performance indicators
• Provision of antenatal, natal, postnatal, and post-abortion care neonatal services
• Maintenance of records and reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Coordination with facility staff and adherence to human and patient rights
• Supervision of cleanliness and infection prevention in the delivery area and equipment
• Proper disposal of hospital waste
• Efficiency in FP/MCH documentation and reporting
• Proficiency in health-related software and portals
• Willingness to travel and engage in fieldwork
